- 500 grams flour
- 4 spoons sugar
- 1 spoon yeast
- 1 egg
- 60 ml oil
- 200 ml tap water (room temp)
- teaspoon salt
Mix and let rest for an hour.
Make into strips, then turn into challah.
Let rest for another hour.
Put coating:
- teaspoon oil
- one egg
Bake at 180°C for 30 minutes.
