- 200 grams dry chickpeas
- Half pack coriander and/or parsley
- 1 small onion
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 3 cloves garlic
- Salt & pepper as needed
- Half hot pepper as needed
Soak chickpeas in water overnight (12 hours).
Blend finely, adding a bit of water as needed.
Fry in boiling oil until golden, or bake at 220°C for 40 minutes.
(This one never turns out perfect for me.)
