- 300 ml water
- 500 grams flour
- 5-7 grams yeast
- teaspoon salt
- 1 spoon sugar
- half teaspoon baking powder
Mix, knead, and let rest for 2 hours covered.
Preheat oven with tray inside.
Shape dough into 150-gram balls and let rest for 10 minutes.
Flatten and bake directly on the hot tray for about 4 minutes.
